These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by AUTO LIFE, LLC ("AUTO LIFE"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Purpose of the website

This website is an online catalog for information only. It shows the vehicles in our inventory and lets you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email. No purchase, reservation, deposit, payment, financing or credit application can be completed on this website. Every sale is arranged directly with AUTO LIFE and is made through a written contract signed by you and AUTO LIFE; the documents you sign set out the final terms of your purchase.

2. Vehicle listings, prices and availability

  • Listed prices are the vehicle's cash selling price and do not include taxes, title and registration fees. We do not add a dealer processing charge to the listed price unless it is disclosed next to the price.
  • Every vehicle is subject to prior sale. Please confirm availability with us before visiting.
  • We try to keep listings accurate, but descriptions, equipment, mileage and photos are provided for reference and may contain errors. If we find an error in a price or description, we will correct it; the price and terms in your signed contract control.
  • Please inspect and test drive the vehicle, and review its history, before you buy. You are welcome to have it inspected by a mechanic of your choice. You can check for open safety recalls by VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls and get the vehicle's title history from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (vehiclehistory.gov).
  • Each used vehicle on our lot displays the federal Buyers Guide, which states whether the vehicle is sold with a warranty or "as is," subject to Maryland law. If the sale is conducted in Spanish, you will receive the Spanish version of the Buyers Guide. The Buyers Guide becomes part of your sales contract and overrides anything to the contrary on this website.

3. Buyers from other states or countries

  • Vehicles are sold by AUTO LIFE in Maryland, under Maryland law and U.S. federal law. Prices are in U.S. dollars, mileage is shown in miles as recorded by the odometer, and the vehicles were built to U.S. specifications.
  • If you live in another state, you are responsible for titling and registering the vehicle and paying the taxes that apply in your state.
  • Exporting a vehicle from the United States is subject to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) rules, such as presenting the title and filing electronic export information before shipping. If AUTO LIFE helps you with an export, the conditions (documents, costs, shipping and timing) are agreed with you in writing.
  • Each country has its own rules for importing used vehicles, for example age limits, technical and emissions standards, duties, taxes and registration requirements. Check them with the authorities of your country before you buy. AUTO LIFE does not guarantee that a vehicle can be imported, registered or used outside the United States, and does not provide legal, tax or customs advice.
  • We cannot sell to persons, entities or destinations restricted by U.S. sanctions laws, and we may ask for identification to comply with U.S. law. Under federal law, cash payments of more than $10,000 are reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
  • If the laws of the country where you live give you consumer rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

4. Communications by WhatsApp, phone and email

WhatsApp and Facebook (including Marketplace and Messenger) are third-party services operated by Meta Platforms and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Information exchanged by message is informational only; no agreement is binding until it is in a written contract signed by you and AUTO LIFE. AUTO LIFE will never ask you to pay through this website or send money to hold a vehicle without a written receipt. Our only official contact channels are the phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email and Facebook Marketplace profile shown on this website. If someone asks you for money on behalf of AUTO LIFE from any other number, account, profile or website, do not pay and contact us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • try to access restricted areas, accounts or systems of the website without authorization, or run security tests on it without our written permission;
  • interfere with the website's security or operation, or use bots to scrape it in a way that burdens it;
  • copy or reuse our photos or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, vehicle photographs and design, belongs to AUTO LIFE or is used with permission. Vehicle makes, models and logos mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles; their mention does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the manufacturers.

7. Third-party links

The website contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Facebook Marketplace. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. This disclaimer applies to the website only; it does not affect any warranty that applies to a vehicle you buy, or any right you have under Maryland or federal law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AUTO LIFE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal law, without limiting the consumer rights described in section 3.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies from the time it is published.
